Beat the eggs. Book the third white hand to beat until stiff. Joigner the sifted flour with baking powder. Pour SOME MILK, by diluting GRADUALLY not to make lumps(wooden spoon). Beat the egg whites until stiff, and fold GENTLY into the batter. Grease the waffle iron and cook for 2-3 min.
